The brief
A long plot along the waterfront and a developer’s brief: water views from every other apartment, a car-free courtyard and a façade that will not date in ten years.
The solution
The complex is split into blocks of different heights that step down to the water. Classic façades in light stone and warm brick, underground parking and a green courtyard with a pool on the podium roof.

What came out of it
The renders and the 3D tour went to work in the sales office before construction began — buyers chose apartments by the real view from the window.
