Pricing
How we price a project
Design
Per square metre of floor area, with a fixed sum in the contract. The concept is paid separately and credited towards the full design.
Construction
An estimate based on the working drawings; payment stage by stage after each one is accepted. Materials at supplier prices with no hidden mark-up.
Visualisation
Per view or per interactive tour. The first views arrive within five working days.
Frequently asked questions
Can I order just the design?
Yes. You get a complete set of drawings any contractor can build from, and we can provide architectural supervision if you wish.
How long does it take to design a house?
For a 150–300 m² house, usually two to four months from brief to working drawings, depending on how quickly decisions are made.
Do you work outside Kyiv?
We design for any region. We build within roughly 100 km of Kyiv; beyond that we bring in trusted partners under our supervision.
