We started as a design studio and quickly learned that the best design breaks down where the architect’s responsibility ends. So we build ourselves.
Our story
Khorda was founded in 2012 by two architects and a structural engineer. In the early years we designed private houses around Kyiv and kept seeing builders “simplify” details, swap materials and shift windows.
In 2016 we put together our own construction crews. Since then one contract covers everything: design, estimate, construction and supervision. Today the team is 38 people strong, with more than 120 completed buildings — from family homes to residential complexes.

The price is fixed after the working drawings. If anything changes, you see the calculation before we do the work.
Drawings = the house
What you approved in 3D is what appears on site. No “it’s easier this way” without your signature.

Weekly photo reports, an online schedule and access to every document in a shared folder.
